The Microfinance Association is a collaborative effort of NYU students at the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

The sponsoring student groups for the Microfinance Association at Wagner are the International Public Service Association (IPSA), and Bridge for Social Enterprise, and at Stern are the Social Enterprise Association (SEA), and Emerging Markets Association (EMA) from Stern.
